We have ordered all necessary replacement instruments and are working with our vendors to confirm delivery timelines. In parallel, our analytical and Quality Assurance teams are accelerating validation efforts so that testing can be returned to our laboratory as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we continue to expand capacity and improve turnaround times wherever possible. As of August 24, we have reduced our standard turnaround time for gravimetric analyses and associated analytical groups from 15 business days to 10 business days. We are also actively working toward restoring our standard 5 business day turnaround time in the near future as additional resources and capabilities come back online.
